Type selection:
There are two types to choose from, and can also be customized according to the drawings provided by the customer.
Material & Components
- Stainless Steel 304 with 2B finish or equivalent matte surface.
- Stainless Steel Pipe: OD 17.3 mm, WT 2.3 mm (equivalent to 10A / NPS ⅜”, SCH 40), under GB/T 14976 or equivalent.
- Stainless Steel Mesh: Refer to the attached document “WIRE MESH BASKET OUTLINE.pdf.”
- Stainless Steel Accessories: Partition wall, bolts, nuts, washers, etc.
Fabrication & Surface Treatment
- No holes or gaps shall remain in basket components (including pipes) after welding, notching, cutting, or fitting.
- No galvanizing is allowed; all welded joints must be cleanly ground and finished.
- Surface treatment process: Pickling, mechanical grinding, and electrolytic polishing
- Mesh connection method: The mesh shall be bent (hooked) to connect to the mesh frame, not welded directly.
Plywood Pallet
- WBP (Weather and Boil Proof) plywood, 15 mm thick, suitable for outdoor/exterior use.
- Plywood pallet is a critical part of the final product and must be fully assembled and supplied together with the baskets.
Application
- Suitable for exterior construction site environments.
